Meet Rakhi Pait Chowdhury. She comes with more than 6 years of professional experience in the scientific research industry after completing her doctorate degree (Ph.D.) in biological sciences. She is also enthusiastic about learning and teaching various art forms and handmade crafts.
Not only science and art but fashion and styling had always been her areas of interest. However, it has taken all together a different dimension when she got introduced into the field of Image Management through ICBI, Bangalore. She gets inspired by positive, outgoing attitudes and energies. In her words “you become what you believe in and what you visualize yourself as, which again helps to be happy and successful”. Happiness can be the greatest motivation to be successful as to her, success lies in happiness in whatever you do. She had always visualized herself as a trainer and she finds most of her happiness in training and motivating people. Having that in mind she also understands that motivation cannot be instilled in a person, it can only be awakened. And before motivating others one needs to be self-motivated. Self-motivation comes with self-confidence which is driven by high self-esteem and positive self-image. This is the image cycle unique to each one of us and is part of our everyday lives.
She is happy to begin her new journey as a certified Image Consultant and Soft Skills Trainer, with “STYLE AND GLEAM”, which is going to provide consulting and training services. Image management has helped her to become more independent, confident and successful. Now she looks forward to spreading positivity and happiness to everyone and to guide them who are in need to find higher self-esteem and self-confidence.
